I'm desperately trying to find the name and origin of a children's PSA that ran during Saturday morning TV. The PSA consisted of an animated soap and toothbrush who sang about various personal hygienne subjects. The toothbrush said something like 'brush your teeth, round and round, circle small, gums and all . . .'
