When I was younger I used to watch this show on t.v. It was about a girl whose father was an alien and her mother was a human. She lived on Earth and could freeze time by putting her two index fingers together. The theme song was "Would you like to swing on a star?". The only other thing I can remember is that the main character could talk to her father through a diamond shape object. If you know the name of this show please tell me. I think it is from the late 80's and maybe the early 90's.
