I remember a video from the 80's, and all I remember is some girl skating in the street. (No, it's not Skateaway by the Dire Straits). It's slow and mellow sounding and you can barely understand what the guy is saying, and then it speeds up and has a lot of heavy drumming and bass guitar in the chorus. If it helps it also looks like it's set in the sunset in the street she's on.
